Seven years ago, Sarah Nichols founded Nichols Law with a simple but powerful mission: to help close the wage gap, protect employee rights, and stand up for justice in the workplace.
What began as a vision has grown into a team effort—rooted in compassion, fueled by purpose, and still evolving every day. Over the years, we’ve weathered a global pandemic, launched The Women’s Advocate podcast, moved offices (now on the Pier with a view!), and most importantly, continued showing up for the employees who trust us to fight for them.
We’re proud of the progress we’ve made and deeply grateful for the people who’ve supported us. To every client who’s trusted us, every colleague who’s supported us, and every team member who’s helped shape who we are—thank you. We wouldn’t be here without you.
