Last night at Chief’s Leadership Unfiltered workshop, led by the inspiring Akeisha Johnson, we peeled back the layers of what it really means to lead and looked at quotes and examples of female leaders who have shown resilience, creativity and a thirst for knowledge. From navigating uncertainty to being in touch with what you really want, the conversations were honest and energizing.
It was also a joy to connect with so many inspiring women leaders – each bringing their own vision, strength, and perspective to the room.
Thank you to Akeisha for guiding us through thoughtful reflections and real-world examples, and to CHIEF for creating spaces where women leaders can connect, grow, and lead with intention. I left reminded that true leadership is grounded in learning and that doing it in person is always worthwhile.
