Last week a jury awarded $2.5 million to Daniel Ridge, an unhoused worker who was wrongfully terminated by Alameda Health System after he took medical leave. This case – litigated by Bohm Law Group and the Law Offices of Phil Horowitz – sheds light on the challenges faced by vulnerable employees and the critical role of plaintiff-side employment attorneys in fighting for workplace justice even when the employee is unable to be present at trial.
Sarah had the privilege of watching Lawrance Bohm’s closing arguments, and his passion and skill in the courtroom were inspiring.
