Not everyone needs to bring main character energy to make a difference.

Whether by providing information and remaining anonymous, bravely testifying, or simply standing by their loved one’s side, the colleagues, witnesses, families, and friends who offer support play a powerful role in our clients’ fight for justice.

A single mother working in a prosecutor’s office who suffered racism was supported by declarations from current co-workers. A new mother fired on maternity leave was supported by current employees challenging the GC in a team meeting. Employees who witnessed their former boss get bullied signed declarations showing the employer had blatantly ignored issues of safety at work. A teacher who had been retaliated against because she had provided information related to the college admissions scandal was helped by a government worker who pointed us to where the information was on the docket.

None of this is easy. All of it requires courage in the moment. So be prepared. Be ready. Know what you would do when your moment comes.

Thank you for showing up. It matters.
