Pride Month is a time to celebrate courage, community, and the ongoing fight for equality.
But this year, it also feels heavier. Across the country, LGBTQIA+ rights are under attack – through legislation, rhetoric, and policies that aim to erase identities and silence voices.
These battles don’t just play out in headlines- they show up in real lives. In our workplaces. In our families. In our friendships. In the stories of people we care about. We see it when someone is:
– Misgendered or harassed at work
– Passed over or pushed out for living authentically
– Told, in subtle (like microaggressions) or direct ways, that they don’t belong
Let us be clear: you do belong. You deserve to be safe, respected, and seen – at work, at home, and in every part of life.
#Pride is not just about visibility. It’s about power. It’s about the legal protections that exist – and the work still left to do.
LGBTQIA+ rights are being challenged in classrooms, in courtrooms, and in workplaces. We’ve seen what happens when systems fail to protect people – and we’ve seen the strength of those who continue to show up anyway.
To our LGBTQIA+ clients, colleagues, friends, and loved ones:
We see you. We stand with you. We are proud to share space with you and committed to building a future where equality isn’t up for debate.
This month, and every month, we honor your strength. We fight for your right to show up fully – without fear, without apology, and without compromise.
