Karen Fleshman is an attorney, an Intercultural Development Inventory qualified administrator, an expert facilitator of anti-sexual harassment training and DEI workshops, and an experienced coach with over 20 years of experience leading diverse teams in various organizations. With a background in nonprofits and local government, Karen founded Racy Conversations in 2014 to facilitate honest and empathetic dialogue on racism and other social issues across communities, universities, and workplaces.

She is also the founder of the Interracial Sisterhood Coalition, a space dedicated to practicing nonviolence and building a beloved community among women of all ethnicities, identities, and generations.
