Julie Castro Abrams is a gender and racial justice activist who has dedicated her career to building impactful, women-owned companies and creating economic access for women. She is the CEO and Founder of How Women Lead, where she works with top executive women to address structural inequalities and place women on corporate boards. Her advocacy has led to landmark changes in board diversity laws, supporting women to envision and pursue board service. She is also a leader in the national movement to build and fund start-ups.

Julie is also a Founder and General Partner for two venture funds at How Women Invest, an early-stage venture firm focused on realizing untapped economic potential by supporting female founders and female investors.
