She provides strategic advice and counseling to clients on all challenges related to the cross-border transference of a workforce and the hiring and handling of employees overseas. Admitted to practice in both California and Australia, she enjoys using her experience to translate a variety of foreign legal concepts so that U.S. companies can ensure their policies, contracts and payroll processes comply with local laws across the globe.
