Sarah Nichols is an attorney with more than 15 years of experience counseling and defending employers. She has an active advice practice, partnering with clients to develop and implement national and international policies relating to recruiting, hiring, background checks, training, performance management, leave, compensation, stock options, benefits, investigations and terminations. She provides strategic advice and counseling to clients on all challenges related to the cross-border transference of a workforce and the hiring and handling of employees overseas.
